Privacy Policy

This policy explains how STREAMIX handles your personal information. In this policy, “the Products” means STREAMIX Player, STREAMIX Server and the website streamix.me, and “we” means the rights holders and operators of STREAMIX.
We collect only the information needed to provide the Products, answer your questions and verify licenses. Your media, viewing history and media server sign-in credentials are never sent to us.

The website shows no ads and loads no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare may set cookies that are necessary for security. The site language you choose is saved in your own browser and used only to show that language next time; it is not sent to us. The feedback form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs; it runs only on the feedback page.
The client apps currently contain no ads, automatic crash reporting or usage analytics. Before adding any of these, we will update this policy and ask for your consent in the app.
Sharing with third parties and transfers abroad
We do not provide your personal information to third parties or sell it, except to the service providers below that process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it.
Service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Google (email), Linear and GitHub (issue tracking) and, once sales begin, the payment provider. Their servers may be located outside Japan, for example in the United States.
Retention and security
- Feedback and email: kept for 5 years after the matter is handled, to help investigate similar problems, and deleted afterwards.
- Orders and licenses: kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
- We limit who can access this information, encrypt all transfers and never write tokens or passwords to logs.
Your rights
You can ask us to disclose, correct, delete or stop using the personal information we hold about you by writing to streamix.vip@gmail.com. We will act on your request within a reasonable time after confirming your identity.
Business handling personal information
NOVAHELIX Corporation (incorporated in the United States, with an office in Japan). Its address and the name of its representative are not published on this website; if you need them, write to streamix.vip@gmail.com and we will tell you without delay.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in an important way, we will announce it on the website and state the effective date.
